Issues of inheritance tax – a Q and A in the Telegraph making plain that expats owning UK property under the £350,000 threshold (in the UK) should not be having to pay taxes.

The Olive Press has revealed a specialist bank for expats has arrived in Spain. A spokesperson stated, “the bank will cater to a group of clients with very specific needs, providing an innovative, comprehensive and high quality range of products and services.”

Another Telegraph article has raised an alarm for expat pensioners. Pensioners have 9 months to comply with forms or risk losing their state pension.
